Please find below the Planning Departments response to this application. I can upload it via the forms, however I was unsure of which of the three licensing aims to select.
Following the Planning Inspectors appeal decision, the Planning Department does not object to the principle of the proposed use. However, we do object to the 24 hour opening as this is inconsistent with the restriction in the hours of opening that was imposed by the Planning Inspector in Condition 4 of the planning approval:
The use hereby permitted shall only take place between the following hours: 09:00 – 23:00.
